Please see below the terms and conditions of Express Roller Blinds
(trading as www.expressrollerblinds.com).
They will apply when you place an order with us and you must confirm you agree with the terms and conditions before placing your order.
1 Cancellations and returns
You have the legal right to cancel a contract for products that have not been manufactured to your specifications. You have 7 working days to cancel, starting from the day after your receive the products (Working days exclude Saturdays and Sundays and public holidays).
This means if you change your mind or for any other reason you no longer want to keep the product which we have not manufactured to your specification, you can notify us and we can issue you a refund.
The nature of our business means that many of our products are manufactured to your specification - Made to Measure Products. The cancellation rights do not apply to these Made to Measure Products.
Made to Measure Products include all products for which you have supplied measurement details.

If you cancel an order you must return the products to the above address at your own cost, unless they are not in a satisfactory condition, fit for purpose or as described within the meaning of the Sales of Goods Act 1979.
In such cases we will arrange for the products to be uplifted at our expense. You must re pack and take reasonable care of the goods whilst they are in your possession.
We will pay you a refund within 30 days for the cost of the goods, we will less the cost of delivery that you originally paid from this if the goods are returned if you change your mind and no longer want to keep the goods which we have not manufactured to your specification.
2 Delivery
Delivery will be made to the address specified by you.
All deliveries will be made to you by our courier.
We do our best to secure delivery within the period quoted but shall not be liable for loss occasioned by delay in delivery or arising out of any cause beyond our control.
We advise to not book a fitter until your blinds have arrived and that you have checked that there are no faults with the product and all parts are present.
3 Ordering by telephone
We do not accept claims due the information being inputted wrongly by us.
We therefore ask that you check the email confirmation you receive is correct after the order has been placed.
4 Guarantee
All our products are covered by a manufacturer 3 year guarantee.
The guarantee covers the mechanical elements of the product; aluminium and plastic parts.
In addition to this there is also a 12 month warranty starting from the date the goods are delivered. This warranty cover the material from defects.
It does not apply to any defects in the product arising from the following:
a) fair wear and tear
b) wilful damage, accident, negligence by you or by any third party
c) failure to operate the products according to the instructions
d) any alteration by you or a third party
The guarantee and warranty is in addition to your legal rights in relation to products that are faulty or not as described.
5 Payment
The price you pay is the price on your checkout page.
All prices quoted include VAT at the current rate where applicable.
We can only process your order once your goods have been paid for and it is from this date that the delivery time starts.
6 Descriptions and imagery
We are unable to guarantee that the image of fabric you see on the screen will match the fabric you get due to colour variations between monitors.
We would therefore advise that if unsure of your colour that you order some fabric samples.
We are also unable to guarantee that blinds in the same order will be a perfect fabric match due to slight variations in the dye.
7 Measurements
You are responsible for checking the order via the confirmation that is sent by email.
We cannot accept returns or refund any money if you have supplied us with the wrong measurement details.
