Delivery Policy  


At we only use approved professional courier companies to deliver your blinds. Your order is fully insured against loss or damage. Your delivery has to be signed for, if you miss it however do not worry, the courier will leave you a card, and you can contact them to arrange a free re-delivery at your convenience.

Once your order leaves the factory we will send you an email with your tracking number. You can then follow this link and track your order until it arrives at your door.

What if I am not in?

If you happen to be out when the courier calls they will leave you a calling card. All you have to do is arrange a date that is convenient for a free re-delivery. If this happens after the 3rd delivery attempt your blinds will come back to us and you will have to pay for a re-delivery. What if the parcel arrives damaged? If you are unfortunate enough to have your parcel arrived damaged do not worry. Your order is fully insured. Please sign for the delivery as damaged. Then simply contact our customer services team to arrange a replacement. How can I track my order? Once your order has been despatched we will send you a dispatch email, all you have to do is simply click on the link to see where your blinds are.
